About me
I wanted to make a difference. - I started my career with a great deal of motivation and a strong desire to shape things – convinced that change is possible. Along the way, I've experienced different realities: ambitious projects that failed due to (rigid) structures, untapped potential, and leadership models that no longer fit today's challenges. And amidst all of this, recurring tensions and conflicts.
These experiences continue to shape me and have been pivotal in developing my career path. They sparked in me the question of how change can truly succeed. In systemic organisational development and mediation, I found a language for my observations - and a deep understanding of how change and conflict resolution work: when individuals, teams, and organisations move forward together.

and Consultant at Como Consult GmbH
For over 12 years, I have been involved in change processes – in Germany and internationally. I have led intercultural teams, developed and implemented strategies, and supported a variety of organisations in shaping change effectively. My path led from European Studies in Chemnitz to an M.A. in Conflict, Governance & International Development in the UK. I have lived and worked in Southeast Asia, gained experience in the MENA region, and worked on farms in sub-Saharan Africa and the USA. Through these experiences, I have learned that our day-to-day benefits from diversity – provided we agree on certain shared values.
For me, consulting is not about transferring knowledge from A to B, but about a collaborative learning process. Development doesn't happen through directives, but through joint reflection, exchange, and the willingness to unlearn old things and learn new ones.
My working languages are German and English, and I have learned eight languages over the course of my life – because communication is the key to change. In addition to my training as a systemic organisational consultant, I have been a certified mediator since the beginning of 2026. I also have further training in change and innovation management, personnel development, results-based management, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) according to Marshall Rosenberg, and the systemic-syntactic consulting approach according to SySt®.
Today, I support companies, teams, and individuals in unlocking their full potential, resolving obstacles and conflicts, and actively shaping their transformation – because change is inevitable. To this end, I create spaces of trust where underlying issues can be discussed and foster a culture of cooperation and appreciation. - Organisations are not (just) their strategies and structures – they are people interacting with each other every day. And content, healthy employees are the best investment in the future for any organisation.
