About me
I wanted to make a difference and started my professional journey driven by a strong desire to shape meaningful change and dialogue, convinced that transformation is possible. Along the way, I encountered stalled projects, untapped potential, and leadership approaches misaligned with today’s challenges.
These experiences sparked a central question: what truly makes change successful? The systemic approach to organisational development gave me a language for this and a deep understanding of how transformation unfolds when people, teams, and organizations learn and evolve together.

With over 12 years of experience across Germany and globally - in diverse cultural contexts - I have led intercultural teams, shaped strategies, and supported intentional change.
My academic background in European Studies and International Development, combined with work in Southeast Asia, the MENA region, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the USA, taught me one key lesson: diversity brings strength by enriching perspectives, and shared values establish the foundation for effective collaboration and progress.
I view consulting as a joint learning journey, where change emerges through reflection, dialogue, and the courage to embrace new possibilities. The systemic approach to organisational development differs from 'traditional' consulting by focusing on understanding and working with the unique patterns and dynamics within an organisation rather than prescribing fixed models or strategies. In my work, I emphasise solution- and resource-orientation by co-creating tailored interventions that build on existing strengths and capacities, fostering sustainable change from within.
Having learned eight languages altogether, I currently work in German and English, equipped with expertise in change management, personnel development, Nonviolent Communication, and systemic consulting.
Today, I help organisations and teams unlock potential, remove barriers, and cultivate cultures of trust and collaboration. Because when people thrive, organisations thrive.
